I am committed to playing 2 games a week and I will play at least 75% of my team's games this season.

I am committed to attending a weekly pitching clinic on Saturday mornings and I will attend at least 75% of these clinics this season if I am a 9U, 11U, or 13U Lynx (This does not apply to 15U, but please check off the box if you are 15U).

PLAYER CONTACT DETAILS:

Please note that this contract must be signed by all prospective Lynx players prior to the conclusion of tryouts and a player accepting their invitation to join the Lynx. This contract applies to all Lynx at the 9U, 11U, 13U, and 15U levels. Any player who has not signed this contract will be considered ineligible for the Lynx in the upcoming season. The deadline for signing is May 1 of each year.

Playing for the Lynx is a 4-5 day/week commitment during the season, with typically two practices and a skills clinics + two games a week from mid-May until playoffs in mid-August.
Lynx players are mandated to participate in a minimum of 75 per cent of all activities.
This contract is an agreement between the Athlete (and their Parent/Guardian), the Team, and NDG Baseball that must be agreed to and signed prior to accepting to play on the Lynx.
By entering into this agreement, the Athlete understands and agrees to uphold all of the policies below, and to accept any consequences that may happen if these terms are not followed, including team discipline or suspension.
As Lynx teams are made through a tryout process, the purpose of this contract is to ensure that all players who represent the Lynx are fully commited to the program.
