The 2024-25 NDGBB AGM will take place on Sunday, Oct. 20 from 8-10 pm via Teams. Attendance is open to any member in good standing (must have had a player registered in the 2024 season). The agenda is as follows:

 

  • Open meeting

  • 2024 in review

  • Bylaw updates

  • 2025 board election

  • 2025 budget presentation & vote

  • Close meeting

Board Election

Any member in good standing is encourage to run for a Board position. According to NDGBB’s bylaws, all positions are elected on an annual basis. The positions are:

 

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Communications Manager

  • Director of Coaching & Player Development

  • Director of Officiating

  • Director of Fundraising & Sponsorships

  • Equipment Manager

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Uniforms & Merchandise Manager

 

Should you wish to run for any of the above positions, please send an email to info@ndgbaseball.com to express your interest by no later than Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024.
